How onboarding works

Two documents carry every implementation from first conversation to production cutover. Both are available above as templates, and Framework Systems completes them with you.

  1. Implementation intake

One intake form per customer collects company, technical, connectivity and exception-handling details, and confirms Data Management Framework access, so configuration can start on the first day.

  2. Trading Partner Requirements Specification

One specification per trading partner defines the partner profile, envelope and delimiter setup, and the business rules and Advisor validations for each transaction set. It is the foundation for implementation, testing and production setup.

  3. Test, then cut over

Connectivity test, data structure test, functional test, user acceptance test, then production endpoints are enabled. Each phase has an owner and a sign-off.
