Framework Advisor

Six Advisors. One Interchange.

Framework Interchange carries every document into and out of Dynamics 365. Framework Advisor works on what it brings in, through six Advisor agents. Each one reads from and writes to the same live Dynamics data, shows the reason for every recommendation, and acts only within the authority you grant.

Framework Interchange

Every document in and out

Built, validated and sent from your own Dynamics 365 environment, with no third party in the transaction path. Your connections stay under your control: SFTP, AS2 and API.

Six Advisor agents, one set of live data

Each agent works on a different part of the supply chain. Two are available now, one recommends today, and three are on the roadmap. Roadmap items are direction, not a commitment to dates or features.

Framework Advisor

Sales

Available now

Answers a quote with dates and quantities your supply can meet.

  • Scores each quotation line against order history, stock, open supply and ATP or CTP dates. The AI explains its verdict, and rules take over when the AI is unavailable.
  • Stages a counter-offer for a person to apply and send, as a document or an EDI 843, including for quotes received as an EDI 840.
  • Turns an accepted quotation into a confirmed sales order, and refuses one that changed after it was sent. A scheduled sweep analyzes the quotes nobody has touched, and a decision log shows what Advisor decided and why.

In development: watching the offers customers hold, and recording rejections. Direction, not a commitment to dates or features.

Framework Advisor

Master Planning

Available now

Turns a master planning run into decisions a planner approves.

  • After each planning run, or for planned orders a planner selects, finds the orders worth firming and the action messages worth applying.
  • Scores each by your rules and by what your planners firmed or declined before, and shows the arithmetic.
  • Approved actions run in Finance & Operations: firm planned orders, apply action messages, cancel emptied purchase orders and close production orders, with a record of who allowed each one.

Framework Advisor

Transportation

Recommends today

Watches inbound freight and names the purchase orders a delay touches.

  • Takes in shipment events from your freight forwarder: ETA slips, failed or cancelled bookings, route changes, customs holds, and quantity or freight-cost changes.
  • Traces each event to the voyages and purchase-order lines it affects, and judges whether it matters.
  • Recommends the response, such as new expected receipt dates or an escalation, for a person to act on.

Acting on its own arrives in 2027. Direction, not a commitment to dates or features.

Framework Advisor

Procurement

Arrives 2027

Purchasing decisions from the supplier documents Interchange already carries.

  • Purchase orders, supplier confirmations and ship notices become events Advisor can reason about.
  • Proposes the response to a late or changed confirmation, and the sourcing and purchase-order actions that follow, within the authority you grant.

Direction, not a commitment to dates or features.

Framework Advisor

Manufacturing

Arrives 2027

The same decide-then-act loop for production.

  • Production orders from planning, the material and capacity behind them, and the dates you can promise, judged on the same live data.
  • Recommendations first, then approved actions in Finance & Operations, with each decision recorded.

Direction, not a commitment to dates or features.

Framework Advisor

Warehouse

On the roadmap

A chain of custody for every license plate, then AI warehouse advisors.

  • Records who moved each pallet, where and when, in a record that cannot be rewritten. Flags pallets that sit too long, and registers SSCC labels so none is reused.
  • Then advisors for risk-based cycle counts, exception triage and shipping-cutoff priority.

In design. Direction, not a commitment to dates or features.
